I took up the topic of Tech Addiction because it is something which is going become a huge challenge in the near future and needs to be addressed immediately.

Technology addiction is a broad term that refers to the uncontrollable urge to use technological devices such as computers, smartphones, and gaming systems. Technology addiction appears to be more prevalent among teenagers, but is found amongst the broader population as well.

Technology abusers are likely to have underlying health issues such as anxiety, insomnia, and depression. They also appear to have tendencies towards impulsiveness. They are also individuals who tend to keep to themselves and shy away from social contact with others, so they tend to find the online and technological environment more welcoming to connect with others in a way where social contact is limited. These individuals are also more prone to technology addiction because they tend to use technology on an ongoing basis to fulfill their social needs. Individuals who experience high levels of stress in their daily environments, for example at work or school, are more prone to utilize technological devices to relieve stress and distract them from their current situations.

There are many effects of internet addiction and technology addiction. It is vital that we keep in mind that these signs of internet and technology addiction should be taken seriously.

The making of this short film is an experience that I can never forget. It was the time when I had to submit my short film project to CBSE board before the deadline. Being a professional procrastinator, I pushed it to the last minute. This was a short film which I managed to make in less than 2 days .
I learnt to use video editing software and voice editors. It was my first time I actually edited a film. Although this short film was something I made as a noob and is definitely not so professional, I feel very proud because I managed to accomplish a lot in a very little span of time. I learnt how to handle the hurdles that came my way. I learnt how to get things done by overcoming stress and pressure. I understood how important it is to manage time. Altogether, it was a great learning experience.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out in the last minute to successfully complete my short film project on time.
